A thorough home inspection can last two hours to five hours (or even longer), depending on the size and age and specifics of home being inspected. Clients are welcome to be present during the entire inspection. A detailed and thorough inspection report, with color pictures is printed on-site. An electronic version of the report with a summary is also emailed out later that day. At the conclusion of the inspection we will take the time to answer all questions and address any concerns as we review the completed inspection report and educate our clients on the proper operation and maintenance of the home. We are there to educate the client about their home, not just point out the current condition.
